In this ambitious project, Sancus Property assumed the role of the owner's representative to spearhead the development of two cutting-edge 3,000m2 industrial sheds for a new tenant. Notably, one of the warehouses stands as a pioneering structure in Queensland, constructed with cross-laminated timber (CLT) and glue-laminated timber (GLT). This innovative approach not only reduces construction time but also exemplifies sustainable building practices by utilizing engineered timber sourced from renewable timber resources within managed forests. Additionally, the timber components play a crucial role in carbon dioxide sequestration, contributing to environmental sustainability.
