Tony Riddle the founder of Sancus Property is both sad and happy to announce that Sancus Property is closing its Property Management Division effective 30 July 2021. We would like to thank our clients for their support over the years and wish them well in the future.

Q When, and how, do I get updated about the condition of my property?

An inspection is conducted every six months. A detailed inspection report, with photos and suggestions for maintenance, is emailed to you, the owner.

Q. What other reporting options are there?

We can tailor reports to your requirements. As an example general reports are listed below:

  • Correspondence report documenting all conversations between the tenant/owner via a date option
  • Tenancy schedules
  • Outgoings budget reporting
  • Owner’s statement
  • Financial details of owner’s transactions by a date range

Q. When do you process the owner payments?

In other words, when do I receive my rental income? Disbursements are processed monthly, on the last day of the month. Owner statements are emailed to the owner and to the owner’s nominated accountant.
