Tony Riddle is a highly professional entrepreneur with a reputation for getting things done. He gained a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at the Queensland University of Technology while working as a senior manager at Coopers and Lybrand, before launching his own business in 1992. He advised firms providing specialist business advice, sat on private company boards and consulted on government grants relating to exporting and, research and development.
In 2000 he was involved in the management buyout of Ausco Building Systems and became state manager for South Australia and the Northern Territory. Two years later he rejoined the board of A&C Chemicals as an executive director, responsible for restructuring the business, and with the other executive directors grew the business until the company’s sale in 2008.
Since then Tony and Mark have been involved in property investment through a number of private companies and trusts.
Tony is heavily involved in the community. He was inaugural chairman of Siena Catholic College, coached the Matthew Flinders Second XV, and is chairman of the Sunshine Coast Stingrays. He has a passion for rugby.
He is a graduate of St Joseph’s Nudgee College, a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
